At least, they are a mystery to me.
There are three holes in the panel shown in the photo circled in yellow. Am I missing something that should attach there? I’ve looked at numerous Wayne 70 photos and have not seen anything that is attached there. I suppose it is very possible that sometime during this pump’s long life someone might have attached something there that was not original to the pump, but I thought I’d ask you experienced pump guys if there is some part that goes there that I’m unaware of. Unfortunately, I had the panels painted before I realized these holes might be due to a much latter alteration. But, I have a Plan B to cover these up, though the fix might not be perfectly OEM.
Your thoughts and comments are appreciated.

Not for the Honest Measure badge. It is the wrong spot and only used one hole. I would say extra holes that just need filled in. You can usually tell factory holes if they are a regular shape and if the holes are smooth on the inside of the panel.
Drive with Care and Buy Sinclair!! I buy Sinclair globes, signs, cans, ect.

Actually, the Honest Measure badge is my “plan B.” Despite the fact that it will put put it in the wrong place, I am going to cover them up with one, necessity being the mother of invention. I’m pretty sure now that these are non-factory holes.
