OP Jamie Crosson Petro Enthusiast Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 315 Alabama	This is a NOS water release decals that I bought. I have bought and applied several decals with no problem but the outer layer of paper didn’t release from this one. I have carefully rubbed most of the paper off the face of the decal, but what’s left on the painted surface is not coming off. Does anyone have any recommendations? Jamie Crosson
