A friend of has this 1920's vintage Red Crown Gasoline "Coupons Accepted Here" sign. It is two-sided, painted tin. There is one small wave in the metal. As you can see, the one side looks very good, considering the age. The size is 8-1/2" high by 23-1/2" wide

It would be very helpful to us to get an idea of the value of this sign. I have looked on line, and haven't found many examples of this one. I would like to consider buying this sign, and will be showing him the replies here. Thanks very much for the help. John

nice patinaized sign - I like it .. ... cool

IMO - for what it is (rare) couldn't have been many of

these that survived - in the 400.+ neighborhood ..
