Completed restoration in March 2020. The jar base was cast on May 14, 1928. Has the original site glass assembly with reproduction brass placards. Glass has several bullseyes that I sealed to keep moisture out. Primer and topcoat is 2-part epoxy. Pump handle moves freely. Sliding tube moves up and down inside the glass cylinder. The positive stop gallon medallions all move freely. I am asking $3,500. Pump is located 18 miles east of downtown Dallas, TX. I will not ship the pump, but can assist your shipper. If you have questions, send a PM. Thank you for looking.
Joe

As you all can tell Joe restored this 519 to top notch condition. I bet it could actually work like it did day one. I was in contact with Joe during the restoration and he put quite a lot of time and pride into it=) LOOKS AMAZING JOE!!!!!

Thank you. Two months of labor, too many hours to count.

Looks worth the money to me?
I would not sell mine for that price and the center tube does not work in mine.
Its very rare that you can find one with that mechanism free and working!

Looks like I won't be selling my 519 for that price either. I don't have a problem keeping it. It is my last pump to buy and restore as I spend too much on aquisition and restoration. I got into visible pumps about 10 years too late. I am not into electric pumps.

If anyone is wanting a VERY good visible pump I recommend purchasing this 519. Joe spent so much time and attention to detail restoring this pump. A complete solid and straight unrestored pump of this model with all the valve unit would must likely sell for $2,500 plus. A quality restoration to detail like Joe has done on this pump is definitely worth the asking price=)

The price is fair, the quality of the work is fantastic. Wondering if the shipping of the pump is part of the problem as to why it has not sold. I have moved a few visible pumps. I use a flat bed trailer with a plywood box and leave them upright. So, far, no problems. Beautiful pump.

I believe that shipping is always a concern; especially when the pump has been restored. I think the US economy and unemployment have something to do with it not selling so far. Still many people out of work. Thank you for the compliments.
