Here is a complete "Jar Lid" that will fit most of the Wayne visible pumps.
For sure it fits 615, 619, 515, and 519.
I don't know about the roman series because I have never worked on one, but I bet its the same?
The inspection glass on top, has a couple cracks but that is common.
I left the surface rust patina on it, in case the next person wants it that way.
Its in good condition with the marker adjusters in place and the coduit holder still attached.
Price is $75 plus shipping.

Good price. When you need one, they're tough to find. Romans are different but you can modify one of these to work in a pinch.
