I picked up a real cool plastic Standard oil globe yesterday at a garage sale. Tried it on my living room pump & liked it, then my garage project pump & think it found a new home. Going to restore the pump to Pure blue & white & use the Pure Firebird decals. The globe is crack free and colors are great. Someone tried to repaint the outer flange in white, but i'll cool that down. Anyone have an idea on value? It's just for S&G's since I'll be using it. Thanks Rick

That is not a gas pump globe. It is the flame for the top of a Standard sign.


Drive with Care and Buy Sinclair!! I buy Sinclair globes, signs, cans, ect.

Yes I know that. Seen quite a few pics of high-end visibles with the milk glass versions on top & they look great. I think it's a nice change from the typical repop globe. Wish I picked up a glass one years ago when I had a chance.
