...neat sign - but I don't think that's a Texaco sign...a Texaco sign would have read 'The Texas Company'...

Ray, The buyer said there was difficulty in getting you paid. Wrong email address for your Paypal account, so payment was rejected. Not really fair to ruin a guy's reputation on an account email mixup.

How about sending the buyer a Paypal money request or Invoice from your Paypal account?
