The Joy curbside pump I purchased 2 weeks ago finally arrived via a Uship driver this morning. The original visigauge is missing, but someone installed the part shown in the attached photos. My Boyle Dayton Cut 83 had a handle on it with B D cast into the part. Anyone ever seen a part like this? All of the air control valve parts and tubing are in place. My goal is to try to make it raise and lower again using air power.

Thank you for the info. The B-D 51 part is 1915 according to Jack's new book. That would be older than the Joy pump.
