A search of completed auctions show they sell from $140 to $350 and dates to about 1951. I like the colors.

Thanks for the looks and replies. Can someone guide me to the actual auctions that sold this style Valvoline sign. I have seen several but none that match this one. Thanks again.

Here's one that sold for $500 in September. But that was at an auction, therefore it probably went a little higher than what one would normally sell for. And (with all due respect) is in better shape than the one you are asking about.
