Anyone have info on this seller,ships from Canada?? Twice I have been high bidder on a sign-(yes,i know repop) it immediately comes back "seller not accepting bids from you at this time".The end price shown was app.$10.00 less than I bid.I went to contact seller,again unable to contact.Never dealt with the seller before.Talked to ebay,all they would say I do not meet requirements that seller has set,no specifics.Input??
