The pump of the month for June 2018 is the Tokheim 36B! Please share any Tokheim 36B that you may have. Whether it be a meter pump, clockface, twin, or stationlighter. I apologize for not being able to list the types of Tokheim 36B's from Jack's book. I am headed out for vacation for a week and I do not have the book with me. Forgive me.
I hope you all can participate in such a cool art deco pump this month!!

Sorry about all the junk piled in front of them. As I found them 20+ years ago. I guess I should see what the ad glass says. LOL.

Finally, I can participate again Here are two of mine. The first is your run-of-the-mill 36B. The second is an original station lighter. I know it's rough but I like it. It still has the stationlighter manifold, the stationlighter name plate on the top, and original ID tag with model 36BSL stamped on it. Unfortunately, like most, the stationlighter was long gone when I found this pump. It does need another door (hint hint).

The only 36B that I've owned and still have it. One of my favorites.

Here is my contribution. It took a year to separately find a top plate and globe holder on eBay but it was worth the wait. The North Star globe and the front and rear ad glass plates are original. I'm really happy with the look of the two-tone doors. I haven't had a chance to move it out of the house yet and into the new garage but that may happen this summer. It does make a great night light in the guest bedroom where I put it together. Cheers, Don.

Here is my Pure 36B. This pump was used as a farm pump and the sight glass manifold had been removed and the plastic block off plates were installed where the sight glass would normally be. The pump was completely brush painted over in several coats of old blue paint, including over the ad glass on all four sides. The ad glass was perfect underneath the paint which preserved them from years of setting out in the sun. It had one original pump plate on it also. These are one of my favorite pumps.

Thanks. The reason I asked I saw somewhere they make a conversion to clock face. My friends widow has a 36b totally restored in Shell. I never asked him about it. It was done before we met.

I just bought this 36B . This is the best one I have ever found and owned! It has original pump plates on both sides. I was removed from a dairy farm in 1980 and put into that container you see behind it. This is my buy of the year! Still runs!

Here is a 36BDP I sold 2 1/2 years ago. It was in service until 1969 at a station then put in indoor storage. It was still in working order when I got it.

My 36 DP. Rewired using rebuilt original hardware including s/w and actuator. Clock mech. rebuilt and working. Still have to find a couple of original inspection covers, reset knob and 2 lower side skin clips. Love the "pump of the month thread", thanks to all who take the time to contribute.

Sorry for the late post after the month is over.....I just joined the forum.
I purchased a Tokheim 36B in Texaco logo a few weeks ago, and I am "rebranding it" to Conoco. The second photo is the pump at my house, with a Conoco globe....I had planned to change the Ad Glass to "Premium". However, I changed course and ordered a custom-made "Conoco Ethyl" set of Ad Glass panels and I will use a Conoco Ethyl globe, as this will be true to the time period and colors.
Thanks for arranging this pump of the month thread!
