I have a White Gas Station cast iron eagle that I would like to know if has any value. Its looks pretty old, weights at least 150lbs, about 33" tall, and has three holes in base that are in a triangular pattern.

Your right, the legs are open. This has open legs also, its just the angle of the picture why it looks solid.
