Primarily Petroliana Shop Talk Forums Shop Talk Petroliana Forums Petroliana Value Questions Pair of Veedol 5qt cans (n.i.b.)

New member and first time poster. Seeking help in valuing the 5qt. Veedol Motor Oil cans (see pic). I have searched online for several hours and had no luck finding anything remotely similar. My best discovery was this group and forum.

Later Veedol cans from 50s/60s that are not hugely desirable because of look/age. $50-$65 per can is the going rate of one of these 5qts in good condition, but occasionally can see less or more than that range. Box is not going to factor into value unless it has some type of advertising and even then it would not add much. I don’t find 5 qts to add any value if full, so I would recommend emptying if they are full.
