Almost half of my gas pump collection is outside because I only have a two car garage for my collection. Some of them should be inside. I took new pictures today and thought I would share. I am also hoping other members will share their outdoor pumps that are in any condition including parts pumps. I will post any pictures for anyone that would like me to do it for them. My email is in my profile. This is what I have outside, let`s see your outdoor pumps.

Matt California weather allows that great use of the back and side yard. Can't do that up here. Wonderful array of pumps.

Matt, great collection and my kind of backyard! I only have a few outside because of our long snowy winters but here are a couple of mine that live outside.

Great thread idea Matt, you've got a fantastic collection of pumps!
Here are a couple pics of our outdoor pump island with my two Canadian Wayne 420 pumps which I restored a couple years ago now.
I did add some custom ad glass panels to the upper light hoods as I thought that empty area was just begging for some ad glass! Too bad Wayne never offered the ad glass option on these early '60's pumps. I also custom made the island light pole topped by a vintage Revere light fixture. Full disclosure here, I do bring the pumps & island light in during the winter months to keep them looking as new as possible. The big B/A sign stays out all year round of course smile

My favourite pic, when the lights come on at dusk the illuminated pump plates are also a custom touch I added.
Paul

Thanks very much Brian, the whole island project was fun to create and makes for an enjoyable spot to admire the pumps day & night.

Thought I should update my previous pics since I've added a small addition to my outdoor pump island grin Decided to build a station office behind the island this Spring, I think it sets the pumps off much better and feels a bit more vintage so to speak. The office also allows for more room to expand my collection smile Night shots are the best!

Paul, You have created a fantastic outdoor display. It is like walking back in time to the days of my youth! The truck is like the cherry on top. Kuddos to your artistry and imagination in creating such a scene.

Thanks very much for the kind words guys, funny thing is, restoring my '62 GMC as a BA shop truck kind of stated all this collecting about 12yrs ago. My Dad was an internal auditor with The British American Oil Company back in the '50s & 60's, he stayed on with Gulf Canada after they took over BA fully in 1969. So collecting BA was a natural choice for me, I do have a bit of Gulf stuff as well. I'll post more complete pics of our setup in a new thread soon. Thanks gain for the positive comments guys, hope all is well with you Doug. Probably see you at a local swap meet soon, if you're down my way let me know and I'll give you the .50 cent tour of our station. smile

Thanks very much for the compliments Craig, much appreciated. There's also a separate single bay garage associated with our setup. Will post more complete pics soon.

Well my outdoor pumps are kind of cramped but thought I would share several pictures anyway. Included is my pump junkyard.

I forgot to put my front porch pump in this thread. It has a timer in it so it lights up when it gets dark.
