I looked at those in person about a month ago and most of the cans are not very nice. The photos are deceiving.
Wanted anything Flying A Gas, Signal Gas, Hancock oil co, and Sunland.

I don't see any outright signs of it being a wrap myself... Sorry, just my sick sense of humor, I dont think its a wrap either, killer can. It wouldnt surprise me though with the repo situation what it is. I think there are both solder seam and crimp seam versions of this quart, but otherwise I think they are the same. Maybe a quart expert can chime in.
