What is a fair value for this. The lenses are faded out almost completely. Not sure yet what it will take to get it to light. The post is very wide and heavy. Looks to be 15 to 17 feet high. Appreciate your input.

Cool sign, but think about the cost of taking it down without breaking the plastic inserts and then having to reinstall it. I would also think the plastic is pretty fragile too. I wouldn't go more than $500.00 on that, but that's me. Around here even having friends that could take it down and put it up I'd be looking at $400.00 to $500.00.

Thanks for the info. Is this a fairly common sign?

I don't think it's that common because it is plastic and I don't think many survived. You could repaint it and that might help the over all valve. As said before it still is a cool sign.
