This Craigslist ad should lead you to the tire, because the sign on the grass, in the far right of the same picture is for sale locally on CL...

If your talking about the sight glass next to the manilla envelope, nozzles, and the milk glass globe, it is gone, I know who bought it. It is for a Sharmeter.
