Room and exhibitor confirmations are in the mail this week so that everyone who has registered so far should have them soon.

It looks like this year's event will be another sell out with a waiting list already started for vendor spaces.

Schedule of events will remain largely the same as years past and is as follows:


Thursday, June 22nd: Arrival & Evening Room-to-Room

3:00pm – 7:30pm Registration packet pick up/Spaces ready at information table

5:30pm – 7:30pm Hotel Manager’s Reception. Meet your friends and join us for happy hour!

7:30pm - ? Room-to-Room exhibits and trading throughout Embassy Suites

Friday, June 23rd: Indoor and Outdoor Exhibits – Open free to the public.

7:00am – 4:00pm Registration and “Check The Oil” booth open

11:00am – 2:30pm Outdoor food concessions available

5:30pm – 7:30pm Hotel Manager’s Reception. Meet your friends and join us for happy hour!

6:30pm – 7:30pm Buffet dinner (pre sale tickets)

7:30pm - ? Room-to-Room exhibits and trading throughout Embassy Suites

Saturday, June 24th: Indoor and Outdoor Exhibits – Open free to the public.

7:00am – 1:00pm “Check The Oil” booth open

9:30am Auction preview begins

10:30am “Check The Oil” Auction

We'll be there with at least one new 13.5" lens offering. Maybe a 15.0" one too. If I have enough time to pull it off.

Probably be my last time as a vendor,5,000 mile round trip and
turned 73. Unless they had more than I dealership, would have to believe it's one of a kind and will be there

Yes, that is an original Tokheim 36B SL. It needs some parts (inc. a door), but is all original, including the original top and light manifold with the stationlighter emblem.

A few more things (cigarette machine and fire call box not available)....

T bird, that is a long drive but got to say 73 is not old. I'm 75 now and LOVE my road trips. I take a couple extra days, don't drive as far each day and don't drive at night

Well if not a vendor your right, otherwise a lot of work packing,loading, setting up, and then doing it all over again

Had a couple guys who said they Really wanted the group of globes with Union Ethyl lens, Have Not Heard from them. Limited space in my p/u so looks like they are not going. Will bring some other globes and bodies.

The flying a sign in NFS the Violet Ray sign will be there.

Just over a week away from another great event! All hotel rooms in our room block and all exhibitor spaces have been sold out!

There are several other hotels in the area, so you can still make plans to attend and shop at the show and auction!
