Its a visible pump co. pump Usually cast on the access doors at the base. Looks to have had a different pumping unit installed as it should have a short crank handle half way up

I agree with you on that its not right. After looking at it closer I can see that it was a air operated pump original. So not sure what to do with it now leave as is or go back to air operated? Thanks Scott
