All done!! Very happy with it. Made a couple little mistakes but it's all good! Was really surprised how the frame moved from I guess the heat of the powder coat process. I had put in the holes to mount the sign and it fit just fine. When I went to put the sign on today it was off by about 0.080-0.100 corner to corner. Luckily the sign was missing a grommet anyway, so I just elongated the hole a bit. I was going to get fancy mounting the LED wiring, but it's all pre-length stuff and can't be shortened and tightened up. So I just left it hanging. Still need to clean all the tape off the bottle caps.
