Looking to get some thoughts on value for my restored Rapidayton. The skins were custom made from the originals and the same guage metal and fit and finish is excellent. The frame was acid dipped and everything was PPG Epoxy, PPG sandable prime, Basecoat and Clearcoat. All the mechanisms work except for the pump handle.Original cylinder. Repro dome. Graphics and globe lenses by T-ways. Decals and pinstripes burried in clear.

It is what I would call museum quality. Cant think of a flaw. I know that these pumps are not easy to come by as it took me a long time to complete, trying to find all the parts. I realize that rare doesn't mean top dollar, just looking for thoughts.

Thanks

Bonnet looks off...are you aware if it's original to the pump? May just be the pictures.

The Bonnett is repop through GPH. Closet aftermarket one available at the time.

Your pump looks beautiful and worthy of top dollar. Problem is finding the right buyer, not on ebay or an auction to get top money this deserves. I would though find an original bonnett for the very top dollar. Went through that on two pumps, one with original, one with repro. Find the original, they look way better with this first class restoration.

Good job

Morphys has an auction coming up with lots of really nice pumps. That should give you an idea.
