This is an NOS AC Oil Filters Cigarette Lighter. This is quite the unusual piece. It is a cigarette lighter in the shape of an AC oil filter. The metal outer part of the oil filter lifts off to reveal a lighter inside. After lighting the cigarette, the user replaces the outer cover, until the next use.

From the look of the AC logo, I believe this is 1940’s to 1950’s vintage. Again, it is NOS, and in great condition....the lighter wick has never been used. The lighter is 1-1/2” high, and is imprinted on the bottom with the name of the Michigan company that manufactured it.

Please disregard any “mark” you see on the AC logo in the one photo. That’s just a reflection from the lighter unit.

The price is $39, plus the actual cost of shipping.

Wait a minute...that's a good point, cormy. If it's O.K. with the buyer, I'll just put a stamp on this, and throw it in the mailbox. Now, I only have to figure out where to put the address. Please let me know, if you have an idea about that. (I'd put one of those little smiley faces here, if I knew how! Just imagine it's here.) John

Good one, cormy! Isn't that just the truth on the internet? Take care. John
