Hello all - just a question about Wayne 505 ad glass size numbers. I am new to ordering ad glasses, and I have noticed they come in different size "numbers" (size 5, size 7, etc.) Does anybody know the correct ad glass size for a Wayne 505 pump?

Also - if I have ad glasses that are larger, what is the best method and tools for cutting the glass down to size?

I know these are simple questions, but I'm still a "rookie" and would feel terrible if I cracked an ad glass trying to cut it down.

Thanks! Your input is always much appreciated!

Eric

According to Gas Pump Heaven it's #5 and you can order from them or Vic's 66.

4.375" by 11.75" with square corners.

And any competent glass shop can cut oversize ad glass down for you.

Jim is right--take the oversize ad glass and the bezel you want it to fit into, to a competent glass shop. They can size it and center it better than anyone.

Make sure you have the right size ad glass opening, they come in two sizes. Most of the doubles that I have seen have wider openings. Brady
