That is really great looking! Out of curiosity, is it for decoration, or does it have a dual purpose such as housing the garden tools? Or, are you finishing the interior as a place to showcase more petroliana?

The station is just for decoration. I have decided to keep the interior looking as much like an early station as possible instead of using it as a showcase. Somehow the candy display case just cant stay full (3 teen boys at home). I designed and built it from a photo from the "great old pics" thread pg.4 posted by publicenemy 1925.
