That is really great looking! Out of curiosity, is it for decoration, or does it have a dual purpose such as housing the garden tools? Or, are you finishing the interior as a place to showcase more petroliana?

The station is just for decoration. I have decided to keep the interior looking as much like an early station as possible instead of using it as a showcase. Somehow the candy display case just cant stay full (3 teen boys at home). I designed and built it from a photo from the "great old pics" thread pg.4 posted by publicenemy 1925.

Awesome job on your station, looks fantastic! Any chance you can post some pics of the inside? I'm contemplating a similar build behind my pump island and would love to see how you've done up the inside.
