I have this very early Cities Service curb sign with the glass marbles and the Warden has this yellow porcelain stop sign in her collection.

I wanted to resurrect this thread and see if anyone has anything new they want to share?

Here is one of mine. White on black porcelain California State Auto Association with glass cateyes in pretty good condition.

a good thread to resurrect... here is a original 5ft Phillips 66 cateye porcelain sign. would have originally been in a pole sign.

(tried to get a picture of it when the headlights hit it)

A "S curve" that was my first attempt at a restoration, about 5 years ago.

This poor guy was hit by a grader (2nd pic) and was in very poor shape. I normally leave as is... until they look like scrap metal.

Found the "Glass reflectors" (one of a kind) at a flea-market. My friend "restored" the beat-up sign & used the reflectors. Killer "restoration" work!

BTW, the only reason I got the beat-up sign was because the Diamond portion was in good shape, otherwise, my friend would have not been able restore it.

I do not care for the "Stimsonite" reflectors.
