If I could only remember which gas pump I took this off many, many years ago! I'm thinking it might be from a National or a G & B. I would welcome any input on the applications for this handle.
This reset handle is a good original, and would look good on a pump you are planning to leave unrestored.
It takes a square shaft, and uses a set screw for tightening. No cracks or bends. The knob itself does not turn, which is correct for this pump reset handle.
--SOLD-- Thank you, Old Gas. John

Any A38 I've ever seen had a treaded hole in the end of the square shaft so the handle would have a hole that was stepped down so the fillister head screw tighten against the handle. The outside shape of this handle is consistant with a GB crank handle. Tom.

You're right, Paul....your initial reply got things going. I see in Vic's 66 catalog, he's listing what appears to be this handle as correct for National A38, many GB, and the GB air meters.
My thanks to all who posted to help I.D. this puppy. John

This handle was used on many G&B pumps well into the 1950s. I also believe it was used on their air meters during that time.
