Scott.
It looks familiar, but the picture shows me more cans than the pump. Can you give me three or four more pictures of the pump only?

If you will notice I am sitting here at almost 4:00 am here in the mid-west. I have a sleeping problem. If I can fall asleep soon I will not be able to answer anything until I get some sleep.
I have looked at the pictures, again something is familiar, but I still need some more info. Are there any markings, stamping, engravings, anything in writing on the pump or the handle?
I feel I have something on this pump, but I don't want to go through over 3000 pictures looking for it, without more info from you.

From looking at the pictures, this appears to be a hand operated air pump. Notice the hose end with the attachment to fit onto the valve stem. That is my guess with what I see. Paul www.severngaspumps.com

Tire pump. Put your foot on the plate on the floor to hold it in place while pumping.

I haven't found any pictures yet, but it looks like a transfer pump. Used to transfer liquids from one container to another.
