I have two original "Contains Lead" pump signs available. They would be good for a pump that you're leaving in it's original state, and just tweaking a bit here and there.

Note that these must be from different manufacturer's or from slightly different time periods, since the type is bolder on one sign than the other. The photos should give you a good idea of the condition.

$17 each, or $30 for the pair, plus shipping. Thanks for looking.

I remember back around 1990 Scott Anderson came up to me at one of the conventions and ask me if I wanted to buy a wooden case, unopened of "NOS Contains Lead" signs. He actually had found a number of cases of them. I can't remember what I paid for them nor can I remember what I sold them for at the time, but I sometimes think what they would be worth, had I just put them under the work bench for 20 years?

Thanks, Dan. And yes, Jack...haven't most of us who've been in the hobby for 20, 30, or 40 years had roughly the same experience as yours on one or more occasion? Heck, even the guys and gals who've been in the hobby for just five years have certainly witnessed the inflation in the gas/oil sign and globe prices. Don't you sometimes wonder, if we'll live long enough to see a reversal? Not wishing for that, of course, but simply wondering? Just my observation....not trying to start another topic here. John
