Can anyone shed some light on the difference in the model numbers stamped in the round aluminum ID plates for the MS 80s?

I have one with 1B and one with 1QR and one with GMNP. Any help as always is appreciated. Thanks.

As you can see from this page of my website, (http://petrolianacollectibles.com/wayne%2080.htm) I never got around to posting all the models of the 80. When M&S was making the 80 they had 27 different models plus some marked 100 which were airport pumps, but were based on the M&S 80. After Wayne acquired M&S, Wayne reduced the number of models to around 20 eventually.

The 1B is: "Hanging hose pump with G&B meter.) That's correct, the part that is just below the V/R was made by Gilbert & Barker.

The 1QR is: "Standard (not Standard oil) computing pump with cable pull hose and Pittsburg meter."

The 1GMNP is: "Marine hose reel dispensing device with 4 wheel computer and a G&B meter and a Zenith filter.

I have parts manuals available for all these pumps, email me if interested.

Ok, that makes sense now. I've restored like ten MS80s and there always seems to be small differences between them, nothing major just little stuff. Most be all the different models.
