Looking for help identifying this pump. The base has "RS 31" cast in the base and the hose nozzle has the name "Socony". Also looking for advice whether or not I should repaint it.

Thanks for the help. Is there a source for either a parts brake down or sales brochure? I don't know the correct name, I am assuming they are used for measuring the fuel, but it looks like they still have a factory seal as if they haven't been used?. Possible?..Joe
