This site has some great pics from Michigan.

I'm going to have a field day trying to put together some "then & now's" with this.

Steve,
The pic of the Standard station in Coldwater is still there. It has been restored and looks just like the Picture. It's located right on US 12, right downtown. That might be a current pic. I think there was a realty company using it now. I took pics last summer, but can't seem to find them now.
And the pic of Gilmore Car Museum Shell is a recreation.

Always looking for Standard Oil of Indiana, or any globes!

I'm in Coldwater a couple times a week for work and always drive slowly by the Standard station as I have to get a good view each time! It's a great little station for sure, glad to still have a survivor like that in my area.
There is also a nicely preserved Gulf station, now an Edward Jones office at 97 Marshall Street. Due to the current color scheme I thought it might have been a Texaco or Cities Service, but when I stopped in to see if they knew the history of the building the lady explained it was originally a Gulf. She said they had it painted in the green and white as they are the company colors. They had a couple nice period photos of the station in the waiting area.

This location has sold several brands of gasoline over the years but it biggest draw is tourist tubing & canoeing the Platte River. While the address is Honor, Michigan & it is located on M-22 between Frankfort & Empire.
When I took the last two picture they were selling Marathon.
