This former station / Top Tune is right off I-5 in San Clemente. It was wrapped by fencing last week; wonder what it's going to be next?

driven by the front of this place 1000 times. never been around back to see this until a few weeks back. neon looks intact. just about 5 miles from the DC line.

Passed this old Mobil Bulk Plant on the way to pickup some globes. This was posted several years ago, but the pics don't come up in the old post. Plant is located in Jacksonville, TX

Holly ***** , can't believe their still there . You can see where they stole the other signs below the Magnolia sign. I guess the other ones are to big to get down without getting caught !
I would find out who owns the property and see if you get inside and see what else in there and make a deal on the neon flying horses . Looks like the holy grail for Mobile stuff.

That Mobiloil neon is the coolest neon I have ever seen. I passed back through in the evening hoping they were lit up but no luck. I heard that the owner turned down an offer for $30k on the Mobiloil neon

Richard Amastadi has the same exact Mobil Oil neon, that same one in Texas, in his last book. Est. $20k-$50k.
