Going to be in the lower race track this year as my spots were given away at the upper end. We will be bringing some restored and unrestored items. This is always a large meet both up top and at the racetrack, thousands of vendors. Rain or shine we have a large 20 x 20 enclosed tent on the payment itself. Do not know exactly what pumps, but there will be some there along with oil lubsters, grease lubsters, and neon signs.

When and where (address?) is the swap meet?

I'm collecting all types of porcelain signs but prefer Mobil Oil.

The two meets are about 1/2 mile apart and go from April 9-12th. Portland International raceway and the Portland Expo center right over the 1-5 bridge between Washington and Oregon. This will take you at least two days to go through completely. Dress warm and for the possibility of rain.

I think this year I am going to post stuff next month that I will be bringing. People have asked before if they knew something was going to be for sale they could possibly think ahead of time about it. My spots this year are on the front straight at the racetrack on the pavement 2063, I believe. Covered tent of course with Barbecue and refreshments.

Looking forward to it. I was smart and started saving funds right after last years event. Even skipped the Puyallup swap meet this month and Canadian fall swap last year. I am eager to pull the trigger on some nice items for the Washington garage.

No kidding................A guy gets thirsty walking around the track. I know a few other vendors where I can spend my $$$ & get a cold one.

Word has it that a couple of BIG $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ California collector's are headed to Portland this year to take advantage of us poor uninformed PNW collectors. Be on the lookout for these guys; they'll empty out your booth/space before you know it.
