Here is your chance to own an original Tokheim 36B gas pump and help keep this great site rolling. 100% of the proceeds goes to Oldgas.
I will start the bidding out at $500 (the top is worth that) and this auction ends at 8pm on 12/23/2014. Post your bids here and I would like the high bidder to pay Oldgas directly. I will offer free delivery to It's a Gas in January, Peotone in March or any other of the midwest gas shows. Or you would be welcome to stop by, I know you enjoy looking around.
This style of 36B was used by Marathon, it has porcelain sides. You can make it the more popular stair stepped style by buying the repro sheet metal which is excellent, they are a direct bolt up, everything else will bolt right up, window frames, everything. The top cast iron plate is different, this pump has the beveled corners and the other style is stair stepped but that does not effect the sheet metal.
The top and window frames are excellent, no damage. The porcelain panels has chips and dings. Missing in the picture is the hose outlet, crank handle and stainless window bezel trim, All those parts will be included. The nozzle rest is broken and I do not have an extra right now but you can buy those repro. The sight glasses are good and has both face pans. There is the correct globe holder on top. Sorry about the picture but that is as far as I could get it out of the shed before dark.
