Clarkin, I found mine along a fence row quite a ways from a barn on a big farm while I was hunting. Asked the owner if he'd sell it. He said yes, we made a quick deal. I went home & got my trailer & he loaded it with a tractor highlift. They are very heavy! A lot of work to restore it, but it was worth it!

What year was the Gilbarco double pumps built? I found a Wayne 400 Duo-2 today and bought it,as far as i can tell from the last patent on it,it was made between 1956-1957 it is kool and in GREAT shape he kept them in a barn. Same old man gas 11 visibles and martin-Schwartz and some SW Pumps In all about 30 pumps. He had i say i bought 6 from him and trying to work a deal on a couple of his unrestored visibles.Oh and lots of Old gas signs, And i was beginning to think there was nothing left out there.

I'm restoring a Gilbarco Twin in the near future.... is it true that the faces are unique to this pump ? I only have the skeleton and all outside panels. I'd like to get 2 porcelain faces for the front side at least. Will this be a near impossible quest ???

I'm pretty sure they are unique to the twin pump. They are flat where they meet in the middle instead of curved on each side. The Tokheim 350 are flat on one side.

I do not have any but I have seen them sell on Ebay but that was many years ago. If I find any, I'm just down the road from Greencastle. Brady
