Glass front, metal body. Cord wrapped in electrical tape near plug. Dusty and dirty as found.
Motor is stamped: MONITOR model Sw9 115 volts A.C. 60 cycles 2 watts made by western clock co. limited peterborough canada.
Clock has been plugged in for over a year, keeps perfect time. Motor makes a nice very quiet hum sound.
