We are reproducing access doors for the fluted Revere light poles. If anyone is in need of one please PM me and I will send the details. These are made from 20 ga. and have been made on a Pullmax so the shape is exact. Just wondering if there is a need for these before we run any more. These were made to fix one I have and thought others might benefit. I will post photos and prices in the for sale section, if there is interest. Thanks for any input.

I will be bringing my Revere pole and the access door to Dixie Gas. Please stop by and check out the prototype. We will be set up at the crane truck so you cant miss us. We are still in the process of figuring material costs and completing the dies. I appreciate the interest and input and will have these available as soon as possible.

Sorry for the hold up guys. It is taking a little longer to get a finished product we are satisfied with. The dies are proving a litte difficult to perfect. Alot of effort for what should be a fairly simple part. If it is not exact it fits very poorly to the flutes. Check out the prototype images. Hope to have these available soon.

You're doing a great job! Most of the ones I have ever seen, were a very poor alignment on the flutes. Yours looks very close!

I beat one out with a piece of aluminum, a hammer, and a long flat piece of steel, using the pole as the anvil.
Turned out pretty good but took forever!!!

I am still in the process of making dies. We are keeping track of everyone that expresses need/interest. Sorry for the delay, but it takes time to fit the machining between everything else. I promise everyone will not be disappointed when they are done. These have to be made with 2 sets of dies and the Pullmax had to be modified to allow the part to go past 180 degrees.
