Seller contacted me as not expert and changed auction by removing original and vintage.

Thanks

Brian, unfortunately, I am doubting that this one will be a win....

Mike told the Seller what these fake pp are selling for. And instead of dropping the price; the Seller kept the inflated price on it...

I am suspecting that the Seller might not be as naive as they made themselves out to be....

Bob, I think your right...But at least it didn't sell at the 125 mark.. Lets keep at them. I saw a Repop Sinclair go at a auction this past weekend...Even after telling everybody I could it was fake...It still brought over 100.00 ... " A fool and their money..."

This one was a win guys!!!

After I sent him info on what the repops sold for, I got this this morning:

"I did a little more research last night. Decided to pull it off eBay. Thanks again for the heads up.
Terry"

Thanks
Mike

You can start by reading old threads in the "Known & Suspected Unmarked Petro Reproductions" forum. Then read the threads in the "Online Auctions, eBay Craigslist Petroliana" forum. You will be amazed by all the information in those forums pertaining to reproduction signs.
