Over the past few months, I've been working a few hours here and there putting plywood on the walls and ceiling of my pole building and also blowing in foam insulation. During the summer, without insulation, it would get as high as 115 degrees in there. So this year, I finally decided enough is enough... After adding the walls and the insulation and a window A/C unit, it was 74 degrees inside and 92 humid degrees outside. Anyway, here are pictures of the finished product with my signs, pumps, etc. all moved back in and organized. Yes, quite a few of the signs are fantasy/reproduction, but at least I etched this into the backs so that there would be no confusion years down the road. I also insulated a smaller building so that I can start restoring the various pumps that I've acquired over the past couple of years.

Like the Sunoco clock! Plenty of room for some more additions.

Jeff, looks like you've spent some time decorating, looks great- you could almost move the sunoco arrow sign & put a clock movement in its place..

Thanks guys for the positive comments! The Sunoco clock wasn't intentional. Obviously I had a bunch of round signs, and I wanted to do something on the wall in addition to the Sunoco sign. It just kind of evolved. I didn't even realize that I had placed exactly 12 signs around the Sunoco until I was done. LOL
The '69 Camaro has taken a back seat this spring/summer while I worked on getting the inside of the building done. I need to get back to it and enjoy it while we have a few more months of nice weather!

Very nice man cave you have. One day I hope to save enough pennies (well I guess nickels now a days) to build a dream garage with a hoist. Nice looking Camaro btw.

Hats off to you JeffS! Obviously a lot of time and effort have been spent in order to get to this point. And gotta say, that's one fine looking Chevy. No doubt your garage will be the place all of the guys will want to come to hang out.

Nice job, looks like a cool place to hang out. I have fond memories of playing Moon Patrol at the Arcade. Me and my buddy would play it together with him running the speed (or maybe the cannon?) and me jumping the craters. I'd love to find one of those machines.

I was never a huge video game player, but I had a lot of fun times playing that game with my best friend back in the early 80s. I found that machine down in SC in the same working condition you see it there.

I like the Gulf Dealer sign. Yeah, I picked that up from another OG member. It's pretty minty.
