Had a couple Bennett 756's that needed restored. A lot of these pumps were still being used at many stations in the early-mid 60's. The first gas station I worked at during my school years was actually a Sinclair station and they were using this particular pump at the time. I wanted to restore one of the pumps to Sinclair but wanted something different than the "standard" HC or Dino pump. So started thumbing through the gas pump restoration book and ran across this pump. Took several months to find out what the wording was on the decal in the center of the gold band but once I did I worked with Jim at T-Ways to size and develop all the decals. Nothing exotic/exciting by any means but a good link to the past for me.

Very nice! Is the gold band paint or decal, what about the red lettering?

I like the look. It is great that you took the pump back to a period that related; to when you were working at a Sinclair Station and using such a pump....
Good work on your research about the correct verbage to use on the decal in the gold band...

Wes, the gold band is a vinyl decal that I got from a local printer, the lettering and center signage are decals from Jim @ T-Ways. Hard to tell that they're not painted on.
