Mr. Duncan, a good Scottish name, both my father and my brother's middle name is Duncan.

I have just about every CTO magazine, every Tiger Rag, early PCMs, and even copies of Love's 1980 petro newsletters (or what ever you want to call them). And about 30-40 duplicates. Many of the CTOs have articles I wrote.

All are in plastic sleeves, in loose leaf books.

Will sell individual copies of the duplicates.
Will sell the others by the years.
1980s-1999 $3.00 each
2000 on, $2.00 each
Will sell entire collection, but have not determined a price.
All plus shipping.

Now, what are you looking for?

Jack Sim

Would it be possible for you to send me a PM with your email so that we could correspond. I may be interested in all of them.

Thanks

Jack,

I may be too late, but gotta check ...

Do you still have any magazines left? I'm looking for back issues of the 2004 PCM magazines that contained the articles about the Guarantee Measure Liquid / Fry Company. I believe the 2-part article about the company appeared in the Oct and Nov 2004 issues. I'd also be interested in any other magazines that had info about these companies.

Thanks! Greg

Late today Cindy and I did an inventory of all the magazines I have. I am going to email it to Mr. Duncan first as he has shown an interest in buying all of them.

If things change, I will post here.

I would just be interested in having a copy of those articles either in print or on the computer.
Thanks,
Dave

Greg,
I am waiting for 545 to respond about purchasing my whole collection, but I wanted to let you know Scott Anderson's articles in PCM were in the Dec. 2004 and Jan. 2005 issues.

I would also suggest you get the CTO magazines that have the articles about the Fry pumps. I wrote about three of them and I believe it was Dave Cole who wrote two more articles.

I have never owned a Fry, my interest/articles were to somewhat question the claim that the Fry was the first visible. I cannot find proof yet, but I personally believe the Fleckenstein invented and sold the first visible. The fun is in the chase, in this case finding that little piece of information.

One of the problems about writing articles for either of these publications is that as soon as the article is printed, you find information that will dispute what you originally thought was fact. I have seen this in other's articles and I know for sure this is true with some of my articles.

Jack,
Is there a way that you could possibly scan and email me the articles that you did/have on the Fry pump ? I would like to have the info.
Sincerely,
Dave

Sorry, the articles and the magazine are copywrited and since I write articles and books it is hard for me to go against the laws that protect what I write.

I appears that I will be offering the PCMs (by the year) shortly, I will let you know what is available.

I understand Jack. What issues contained the articles on Fry pumps ?
Thanks,
Dave
