What is the function of the totalizer ? I have found 40-50 Frys, but have never run across one that incorporated this item. Thanks, Dave

Totalizers kept track of the gallons dispenced allowing the station manager to make sure he was getting paid for all the gas.

I got you. Were they an add on option or only available from the factory...on early pumps ?

Fry made one and they were offered as an accessory for the pump, but also Neptune sold one that could also be attached to the Fry. I covered all this in an article I wrote for "CTO." Both are also shown on page 173 of my Gas Pump ID book.
