Darn, I knew jack in Kiowa. He was a salty dude but kind at heart. I remember looking for pumps and such there and he slipped Into one of he builds and handed me a conoco pp off a stck of a hundred or so. To bad he dies before I could get the rest.

Scott, I was there 10 years before and bought these out of a box of several hundred, but never saw/got any pump plates. There were no doors on the building. Crazy to think of now. Thx.

He owned a couple of buildings across the street behind the old garage.

When I bought the conoco letters off his truck it was at his bulk plan towards Elbert. He had a railcar filled with his 'nice stuff'. I never got to see that.
