Here is a very rare pair of Dr Pepper thin metal signs
1st is a clown and the other is an elephant
they measure aprox 16 x9
Asking $695.00 for the pair in minty condition

They are a set of three the tiger sign is missing. All that I have seen are heavy cardboard with a "foil like" covering.

Late 50's DP had a circus theme to their ads.
Still believe you will find they are foil covered paper

those are cardboard with foil over it, they are never been tins of those produced, a set of three in perfect condition was sold by Dan Morphy Auctions on september 2011 for 150 $

I guess you need help figuring out why I raised my price on the Dominion!

You should have tried your oilzum thermometer to trade for the dominion instead off offering junk and then asking 1400.00 for your thermometer!

yes emotions should play a part in buying , if you like it, buy it,....a little knowledge helps too......have you fiqured out if they are embossed tin or foil covered carboard??....that may be the difference in price..

these are at my shop 200 miles away.
but I know they are not cardboard.
This pics of the 3 pieces look identical on the back
I just paid to much.
another learning curve lol

wow, I think we have determined what they are made of.... cardboards that are FOIL COVERED.....there is an old saying, you did not pay to much, you just bought them to soon..lol
