Looking for rails for a Wayne 866. These rails are neither hinged nor church key. They have (8) 1/4-28 tapped holes per side.

Didn't the 866 use the same rails as a 60? I don't believe I've ever seen a set of rails for either pump that was drilled and tapped like you mention, unless it was done by someone in the field?
Showcase pumps were drilled and tapped in the lower area below the showcase, but I don't remember seeing anything quite like you describe?

They use the same rails as the 60's. The rails should just have holes and the panels would have the church keys holes. I have seen the holes taped for 5/16 bolts by owners that did not like the church key system. Richard

Here's the interesting part - the original porcelain Atlantic door panel has the corresponding holes and not slots for the church key.

So take a church key frame rail and tap the holes.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to locate any frame rails. I'd even take the bottom portion that has the 90 degree bracket intact as that's what is bad on mine.

If its just those brackets that are bad--any competent iron worker should be able to build those for you. I had a couple done once and it was a piece of cake. You can't quite get them to look like the stamped out originals, but you can come close, and after the pump is on display, there isn't anyone going to ask you to see the inside corners!! It would be a heck of a lot cheaper than frame rails!!!

Looking for Wayne 60 frame rails. I really only need the bottom 6 inches including a good 90 degree bracket. I can either cut and weld on the pieces or have new sections fabricated. Any help is greatly appreciated. Rich
