What would the correct colors/scheme be for my '57 300 if I did it in Deep Rock. Also, does anyone make pump plates for Deep Rock? I seen the Globe in Seth's new catalog, but no plates.

Ace , I remember the Deep rock station up in Sault Ste Marie , there were two pumps that were all royal blue and two that were royal blue with white doors, If I remember right the pumps were Bennett 966's

Aceman, I too have been planning on doing a pump in Deep Rock someday. As far as I have been able to see Deep Rock 'regular' was yellow on sides/top & blue on doorssides (maybe bottom too) & Deep Rock 'premium' was yellow in same places but red on doors & frame. I have a small color copy of an ad from about then showing a Tokheim 300 in the 'premium' paint sheme with the blue/yellow globe you see in Vic's catalogue. As far as the plates, I do not think anybody repros them. I was turned off on doing a pump in this configuration when I realized the original plates usually sell for over $100 a piece & are only 6 1/4" x 8 1/4". I can fax a copy of the add if you have a color fax or even bring you one. I live in Albuquerque but am in Farmington usually every other week or so.

rock_chevelle,
The book PCM's Guide to Gas Pump Restoration shows several color pictures of Deep Rock pumps in those colors in both the 1946-56 and the 1956-66 color schemes.
