I'm looking for the two sided lit TEXACO letters that would be found on the rooftops.

Don't believe you'll find such an animal. The letters on every roof-top sign which I ever saw were one-sided and were mounted on "rails". If the letters were two-sided, one side would spell "OCAXET". Thank you for your reply. So the one I saw set up at a collectors home might have been two sides back to back. Originally posted by indianrefining1931: Don't believe you'll find such an animal. That would be my guess. As I said, the letters, themselves, couldn't be two-sided; they would have to be mounted on opposite sides of some sort of opaque divider. They are out there, or it is special made for some dealer. I've seen a set. 30 inches or so square white plastic with red letters, held by metal frame. 2 or 3 letters in a frame. Cross your fingers.
