The ECO 38 is from the mid-1930s. If the cast iron is not cracked and everything but the chrome is there, Jack Sim's "Illustrated Guide to Air Meters" gives it a $1200 value with pedestal.

Complete UN-restored is $1200, BUT it's missing the trim so $900-1,000.
