Some of you - but not all of you may have seen pictures of this old station in Iowa off of old Hwy 30 before. In fact, I think there may have been a magazine article done on this place a while back. A buddy of mine was passing through the wide spot in the road where this is located and sent me these pictures. Thought I would share for those who had not seen it.

Awesome Station.I`m from Iowa,don`t know how I missed this one.. my parents used to drive the old 30 yrs ago,boy we had some great trips along that route.. I`m going to make sure I see this place..great history txs Alan

There was an auction at this station earlier this year. They sold a lot of stuff but the signs on the outside of the building were not included in the auction.

I like the small size of this building. The white painted wood, position of the doors and windows reminds me of a corner store I grew up near. I prefer old buildings like this over modern. The signs are in the condition I like. Great looking place.
